Wonderful Effort!!!

For the last 18 months Harveys have been our Property Managers in Taupo.

Throughout this time I have found them professional and efficient. Phone calls and emails are always answered promptly. As an absentee Landlord we rely on the team at Harveys Property Management and they take the stress out of property management.

They have excellent knowledge of the rights and responsibilities of both Tenants and Landlords. I happily trust them with our investment property. Recently our tenant vacated without serving notice. The team handled this awkward situation competently, advising us on actions required to ensure we followed correct procedures.

Without their knowledge and guidance we would have struggled to deal with this. They kept us informed at all times.

The Harveys Property Management team in Taupo managed our property at 134 Hyde Avenue Taupo for the last 18 months until we took possession in February of this year.

We have always been very pleased with the work they have done for us, their helpfulness and professionalism.

When our first tenants left, they found someone to tenant the property for a short term only - no easy feat finding someone short term.

We think the thing that best shows how great the people in the Taupo team are is the help they gave us when the property was vacant for about 3 weeks before we moved up from Wellington.

We were concerned at mail building up in the box and they cleared this for us. 

Not only that, but Dianne even watered the plants (we had brought up prior to the move) as it was a very dry spell.  Now that’s really kind - and all this at a time when the house was vacant and therefore no income to Harveys. We would like to thank the whole team at Harveys. 

If we decide to get another investment property, we will definitely ask Harveys to manage it.
